Weekend Hours
The Library will be open this Saturday, May 13, from 12 Noon to 4 PM
I am happy to announce that there are 2 new people working at the library!
Brenda Hopkins has been hired as the full-time Library Assistant. Her primary job will be the Children’s Reading Activity Time. She will be coordinating the project, working with the children, setting up visits by elders, arranging field trips and whatever else it takes to make our kids’ group a success. Brenda will also be helping out in the library invarious ways including assisting patrons and helping to keep the library open additional hours.
Lucy Maldonado has been hired as the part-time Library Aide. The main part of her job will be helping Brenda with the kids’ program. When she isn’t needed for that, she’ll be helping out in the library, shelving books, helping keep the library neat and helping patrons.
They are both welcome additions. Everyone please come welcome them to the campus!
